Artist's Comments splash battle vs. =CavyWolfe THESE ARE SO FUN. though this one was a lot more rushed. I guess marigold got bored upon arrival to the island and has been going to all sorts of sceneries looking for a fight. also I'm tired of drawing indoor scenes all the time. this was the most interesting match up of all their pokemon, since bastiodon is a ceratopsian, a sort of congruent bull. lena's taurous is a bit of a doof it seems, so Hazel is flipping him with an iron head (or maybe this can be interpreted as the move block?) as much as I want to keep.. some kind of canon resemblance when drawing pokemon... I really can't help but use the realistic look for bastiodon. also I love how =CavyWolfe gives tauros little ears. BLAH BLAH WORDS |
